Rocker 15, Works on "half" but not on "full"

Not sure what happened to it, had been in my closet for about a month an pulled it back out to play and it would not work on the "full" Setting. Unsure of why when the "Half" settings both on the 15/1 watt switch work. Any ideas? Thanks in advance everyone!! :oops:

Tubes worn out and not operating at the higher voltage.

I'm thinking maybe you need to operate the switch a few times / use some electrical spray to see if it's dust .
