Bax Bangeetar owners...

I have a CR120C that I’m using with a Two Stroke pedal. I’m very very happy with the sounds I’m getting but I want a little more brightness or presence. I’m wondering if I can get that with the Bax Bangeetar. If you have one let me know what you think of it. Is it like a Two Stroke with more options or is it a completely different animal?

I can’t comment on the Two Stroke, but I do have the Bax Bangeetar (and the same amp - in addition to 3 more Orange amps). I think what you are seeking is possible with the Bax. I lean towards a darker overall sound, so I don’t boost the highs very much beyond 12 o’clock. Just looked at mine now and it’s on 11 o’clock. But when I have done it just experimenting, I can tell that it adds it. The Bax Bangeetar is very responsive in its EQ options, imho.

By the way, I’ve come to rely on the Bax Bangeetar for overdrive / saturation for my cleaner amps when I want that option. I found that my Getaway Driver just seemed too harsh for what I was after in that regard and I just use that now for just playing late at night with the headphone plugged in or if on a trip and just have a guitar.
