Jim Root FX LOOP problem
HI ! I have a problem with Orange Jim Root amp head FX LOOP. When i plug MXR Reverb, tone and sound are much deacreased. I tried to plug in front of amp but nothing has changed. Im using Fender instrumental cables. Is there any solution for this?

Possibly a new tube
Re: Jim Root FX LOOP problem
I don’t think that tube is broken or something, i bought this amp one week ago.

Tubes can go at any time, but if it is that new, bring it back to where you bought it and have them sort it all out.
FIRST: make sure your cables and the pedals are all working properly. Nothing more embarrassing than going in and finding out you had a bad cable....

Valves are like filament light bulbs, they can die any time, and, if weak, they usually die extremely fast and / or cause issue until they do.
That said, if your pedal causes issue both in the fx loop and in front of the amp, I reckon the issue is with your pedal or what's connecting it to the amp (cables).

Oh, and do you have the same issue when the pedal is bypassed/turned off?

Yes, even when the reverb pedal is turned off, volume still is low.

Re: Jim Root FX LOOP problem
Does the pedal work fine with other amps?
I've had dodgy cable connected to ground and live, as a result it would make my tone whimper thin and really low volume.

Yes with other amps pedal sounds great
Re: Jim Root FX LOOP problem
Try contact cleaner in the jacks. I had really weird issues with my JRT and that sorted it out.
