Digitech team dismantled

Post by Jondog » Sat May 12, 2018 2:43 am

This was posted in a stompbox FB group I’m in. Digitech/DOD have made some great pedals the past few years due to this guy, put them back on the map. Guess it wasn’t meant to be known to the public as it was taken down not long after it was posted. Big business ruins everything.

This sucks. I've really enjoyed some digitech stuff over the last few years.

I've got 3 of their products on my board.
1 HT6 polyphonic tuner, 1 CM-2 tube overdrive, 1 Supernatural Reverb.

Really great pedals.

I think they moved away from the indestructible Boss look and stop the hardwire line for more funky designs.

Bad news. I like their products a lot, I also have the Hardwire HT6 (cheaper that a polytune, and works great), a Jam Man Solo XT, and the wonderful Harmonyman intelligent harmonizer.

I regret digitech discontinued a loty of great items (eg the Harmonyman)

In the excellent Hardwire range, only the tuner HT6 remains.. All others gone. sad
