Is this a good deal for this Rocker 30?

Fairly easy to change tubes. Just pay attention to pin orientation when you tske them out, or remove chassis for a better look. I’ts easier than a Rockerverb!

The preamp tubes are hidden under the aluminium sheaths. You can see one between the power valves you can just make out the glass tip sticking out of the sheath.
These sheaths usually twist a little and can be lifted from the valve and the valve replaced.
You want to remove the power valves to do that though.

if someone was cleaning the amp up using a kitchen cleaner, i can easily see the serial number coming off, and that on the transformers is likely rust.. very easy to get if the amp is in a humid place.. i had some on my R30 when i bought it.. a light sand with 400 grit and all off.. of course, had i been smart i would have painted it, or applied varnish, but then again, if i was smart i would also have a job..lol
a slight push down and twist off for the preamp tube covers..not the tubes though..lol..
glad you appreciate the amp!

Pre-tubes are directly behind the power tubes, in the center. You can see the middle one in your picture, right behind those 6CA7s.
Don't worry about the rust on the transformers. It's somewhat premature on a newer amp, but there's compelling evidence that transformers sound better with a little rust on them. Than again, that's the power transformer, so it's less responsible for the tone.
