I know I'd have to get the Terror Bass second hand (used) but the OB1-500 has caught my attention.
Although there is a price difference, it's my understanding that the class AB power section is smoother than the class D power section.
Thoughts / opinions?
Thanks in advance!!!

The Terror Bass amps have had overheating issues.

And DI issues I believe. I tried a TB500 through a SP210 and the tone was so bad I laughed. It bottomed out the cab at low volumes which I found very odd, but there was some sort of upper mid-range honk that made the distortion sound very fake/digital. I then gave up on Orange bass amps, until of course the OB1-300 came out. Now that is top of my list.

I have been steadily gigging a Terror Bass 1000 with an OBC 210 for over a year now and love it. My friend has a Terror Nass 1000 he's gigged for a better part 5 years and he's the one who talked me into mine. I think it's a personal preference I don't like the look of the OB it's not my style but if it fits you looks and tonally then get it and rock it out
