I know what you're saying, but all depends what's on your board. Some pedals sound better or different with an un-buffered signal such as some fuzz pedals. I use my Strymons buffer (which I think sounds nicer than Boss) at the end of my chain. If I have a buffered pedal before my fuzz, it's in a true bypass loop. I do hear a difference if I have a buffered signal into my fuzz.

That's a fair point. As always, give it a go in both, and see what works...

Adjusting the gain on the wireless will help too!

Just my two cents here... I currently have a lot of pedals in my board, since I am in a cover band that does a lot of different styles. I found that the Wampler Decibel + worked very well to adress that signal loss due to a lot of cables... Just run it with the gain dial at zero and keep it on all the time. It really does make a difference!

Sure you´ll love it. Great pedal! It also works as a boost, you could just turn up the gain knob (although,as far as boost goes, I much prefer my Fulltone Fat Boost).
