Post by GuitaristZ0S0 » Fri May 06, 2011 4:03 am

We had our first practice today, and the tt kicked some major ass! Cut thru reall well. This drummer is a really hard hitter, and by far is the best that iv every played with. Im pumped for the show which is in a week! Now the more practices and waiting haha

Sounds like fun (except the Green Day part  ). It's always good to play with a solid rhythm section.

And I was able to hear my bassist for once! Our drummer has a 1x15 and a 4x10, stacked! It was so loud!

I am also a big Green Day fan, we do a set of four of their hits, I like guitarists who can do a lot with simple chord arrangements. Orange amps can really dial in the Billy Joe sound, my TH30 just loves it when we do "Know your Enemy or "When I come around". I love three piece bands, because you have to create energy with your playing and singing and there's nothing to hide behind.

Green Day haven't been a 3-piece for years.
They have had a second guitarist for quite some time and I believe they added another for the last tours.
They just don't let the other guys in the pictures...

Everyone tells me they're crazy. Well crazy people aren't so f**king boring. So wake me when you're through being cool, cause I'm snoring...
