No. The shop it's at is like a three drive from mine. But I have played a LP Custom before and I loved it.

Used to own a Silverburst, but the finish was really sticky and hadn't aged well. The Sound was awesome though. However at the time I couldn't afford to get it sorted, or for it to be sat around not getting used. I do miss it.

I owned a white les paul custom with the gold hardware and absolutely loved the guitar, the tone was so warm and sweet, but it could make the hair on the back of your neck stand up if needed. The only reason I got rid of it, was it was just too heavy for me to play through a three or four set gig. But I regret letting it go and am certain I will for many years to come, if you can get your hands on it, I highly, highly recommend doing so.

Yeah that's how I feel about the Silverburst (well bar the fact the finish on the neck stopped any kind of fast playing!)

There's also a Matamp 120 with 2 2x12s on ebay.co.uk at the moment. Yesterday wasn't the best day for me and my GAS!!!

Pretty sexy... though IMO needs some gold pickup covers!

While you're there, can you pick me up one of these? :)
