Hello folks,
Due to an imminent lack of storage space, some of my Orange gear is going to have to go. I mainly use my Matamp for gigs these days (20 watts) so the Oranges are just taking up space at the moment. If anyone is interested in anything let me know, otherwise i'll be putting a load of stuff on ebay at the weekend
Here's the List
early 70s GRO100, plexi panel pix only faceplate in good condition, tolex is dirty as normal for a 30 year old amp. The rear panel is missing also. Chassis mounted preamp tubes, pretty much all stock including 4x Mullard EL34s, 1 Mullard ECC83, and one ERA(?) ECC83. Filtering etc all appears to be original. The amp sounds pretty good though, no excessive noise / hissing / popping. Very very very loud and very very very heavy, though!
Early 70s GRO100 halfstack which was completely renovated by Matamp in 95 comprising: GRO100 plexi pix only head, revalved and serviced by matamp last year. Excellent condition. 4x12 cab (all ply) from 73 (going by the speakers that came out of it) with chrome tubular metal handles. A new ply back was made by Matamp to replace the cracked original when it was renovated. 4 Orange badged Celestion greenback re-issue speakers. Absolutely looks like new.
The stack also has a set of very limite Orange vinyl slipcovers. These were made as pre-production promotional items by Matamp when they started making Oranges for Gibson in '93 ish but were never available to the buying public. This has hardly left my house, in fact the cab has been in storage at my parents place since 2000...Pictures of the halfstack can be found here:http://uk.f1.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/mel ... +Stack.jpg
If anyone is interested in any of these drop me a line. Bear in mind that these are heavy (25kgs + for the heads, lord knows what the cabs weigh!) so shipping may well be an issue.
