Weber, GT SS5AR4 and Sovtek SSR solid State Rectifiers

Has anyone tried Weber Copper Caps or GT and Sovteks solid state replacements for a tube 5AR4 rectifier, especially in an AD30?

I'm sick of rattling and unreliable rectifier tubes.
