Possible 70s cab?

Hi there,
I have acquired what I think to be a 70s 4x12 Orange cab, just want help dating it that's all.

The serial number is 1263, and it has a 15ohm sign on the back.

Not sure if the speakers are original, but they are celestion G12m models.

Coat of Arms is either not applied, or I assume not on there anymore.

Looking at the catalog scans of cabs, my handles are in different positions. They're not that big as I see on the scans, covering the area about half way up.
Instead, there are two indents for carrying right near the top.

Address on back is 3/4 Compton street.

Souns like its from around 1971... you can get an exact date by using the speaker frame codes.
