Hi everyone.

Don't any of you own the Orange Crush 30R? I'd like to hear some crunchy sounds clips if available. Thanks!

I recorded some samples today with the same EQ settings which I used on the clean clips: Go to http://www.keen-web.de/projects/guitar and follow the link. You have to scroll down a little, the links to the downloads are pretty much at the bottom of the page.

Did a little cleaning up....

Most of my clips are down since I had to remove them to make room on the school's server. I'll see if I can put them somewhere else soon...
Funny...a lot of peeps post "clips" that are links to their myspace or band homepages...poorly disiguised attempts at self promotion. Yes, I'm drunk and calling these people out.

I'd really like to hear a Rocker 30 Combo's best attempt at a Creed song- Maybe "Higher" or "What If"? Pretty please anybody?

since they are missing, i recorded some clips of my orange crush 10w practice amp. nothing spectacular, the 5" speaker is rather small, but at bedroom level it works.

Gear used: Orange Crush 10w amp, Epi Firebird V, Shure SM57 (placed centre cone, 2 cm away), Phonic mixer, Cubase, no other effects used.

CLIP 1 SETTING "SUNSHINE":
Pickup: Neck / Low 5 / Mid 8 / High 3 / Gain 2 8 / Gain 1 5

CLIP 4 SETTING "BREAKUP":
Pickup: Neck / Low 5 / Mid 8 / High 7 / Gain 2 3 / Gain 1 8

CLIP 5 SETTING "CLEAN CHORDS":
Pickup: Neck+Bridge / Low 5 / Mid 5 / High 5 / Gain 2 2 / Gain 1 8

CLIP 6 SETTING "GARAGE":
Pickup: Neck / Low 10 / Mid 10 / High 6 / Gain 2 8 / Gain 1 5

i tried to direct-link the mp3's but it didnt work, so please click this link:

http://www.nowhereradio.com/artists/alb ... 43&alid=-1

and select the clips.

Does anyone have a clip of an AD30 on a P90 equipped Gibson? I'm interested in the bridge pickup at medium gain but any clips that you have would be helpful. Thanks!
The Marshall is supposed to be 200 watts, but mine's never worked right; it peaks out at 80.

Check out start something, die trying, and unhappy club

all are off our new CD we just got done recording. Lead and one rhythem guitar channel are using my orange RV50 through an avatar cab.. the other rhythem channel is a dual rectifier through a mesa cab.

The orange for the lead was dialed at

T - 1:30
M - 1:00
B - 11:15ish
G - about 12 o clock

we ended up adding some eq after the fact to pull it through the mix a little bit more, I guess I didn't have enough mids in there, but that was how we did it. It's one SM57 pointed at an angle at the cone of the Hellatone60 speaker.

the guitar was an american delux strat, and any effects you hear is through my boss GT8 that everyone on here hates.

Have some clips that I thought might be helpful. They were just recorded yesterday. These are demos that my band did for our upcoming recording. They're not the "actual" recordings..just demos. So they're unpolished.. there are some mistakes..missing lyrics here and there..etc. Just 5 guys in the studio with some mics. No overdubs. Got the point? =)

Ok.. relavent info:
Amp:
2006 Orange AD30TC 2x12 Combo

Guitars:
Gibson Les Paul with SD 59' in neck and JB in bridge
Yamaha Studio Lord (lawsuit era Les Paul copy) with humbucker size P90's from Vintage Vibe Guitars

Effects:
Boss MIJ SD-1
Keeley Katana Boost
Boss DM-3 delay
Catalinbread SuperCharged Overdrive (used sparingly in fuzz type settings)

World Of Want
http://stilldivision.com/music/demos/Worldofwant.mp3
Rhythm tracks. No leads. All panned LEFT. Gibson Les Paul, neck position with Katana and SD-1. SCOD only on the octave parts after first chorus and outro

Man in Vain
http://stilldivision.com/music/demos/Maninvain.mp3
Rhythm tracks. No leads. All panned LEFT. Yamaha Studio Lord, neck position. Boss DM-3, Keeley Katana. SD-1 only on the bridge and outro

Hi Guys,

Check out my sound clips from my new Rockerverb 50 head and Orange 2x12 cabinet. I played these with my Fender Strat, with Kinman Pickups. The only "effect" is a little amp reverb. Two clips are dirty, one clean. The pickup positions are listed at the link below. I love my Orange Amp!

All guitar recorded with: AD140 head and 4x12 Slant Orange Cab, with Epiphone LP. Gain on dirty was at about 2o'clock and on clean was only about 8o'clock. All tracks were layered a couple times. And was recorded using an Audix Instrumental Dynamic Mic (not sure what model).
