footswitch

hello, i have a nice little amp from h&k and it has a wonderfull overdrive chanel but the amp doesnt have an footswitch output and changing chanels when playing is very hard. i have a distortion pedal but the one in the amp is much beter, more bluesyer. so i was wondering how to make a footswitch output could someone help me the amp is hughes & kettner edition blue 15r
