I built the guitar from scratch. It was based on a squier super-sonic. I call it the hyper-sonic. You can check out some of my work at www.myspace.com/wemmertguitars

nice guitars; i like the lame-o-caster as well.
what part of the super sonic is actually from a super sonic?

You're quite handy with building stuff. I love that guitar by the way, but where are the strap things?

There is nothing from an original super-sonic. I built everything from scratch (blocks of wood) Just the shape is from a super-sonic. I built the neck and body all from scratch.

I haven't installed the strap buttons yet. I haven't had a need to stand up while using it yet. I will be installing them soon tho.

Well I finished up the cabinets this weekend. I still need to make the logo for the cabinet but other than that it is done.
