im pre-planning my setup i will be buying soon...
im getting a Tiny Terror...
itll be my first orange amp...
and first all tube amp...
and i wanted a 2x12 but i decided that a 1x12 would be enough cuz without a job i cant afford a 2x12 right now.
about 5 minutes ago i decided to check out Avatar cabs...
im just in shock that the vintage cab(also the coolest looking cab ive seen...)2x12 with THE SAME SPEAKERS as the orange is only 358$
so i need opinions on whether the avatar will still sound as good as the orange.
and if its built to last
thanks

I dont think I would want the conemporary cab, it seems like it would be too bass heavy. I may be wrong.
I want the vintage 212. With 2 v30s.

I talked with Dave today ,and he said he didn't think there was much difference in the sound.I guess if I get to buy a 4X12 I would buy a contemporary in Orange to match my Retro50 head. I would have it loaded with the G12H30's and the golds. Just couldn't do to damn much better than that.
Paint it blue 4 soul.
That would be a sweet setup Clay.
Just got my Contemporary 2x12 last week and played through it last night. It sounds great!! I had them load it with a V30 and a G12H30.

Is it bass heavy, or does it sound pretty balanced?
