Well it took a while but it's finally here! I'm sure you'll agree that the new version is far more sophisticated than its predecessor.

Great, hope you get lots of participants, and look forward to a good exchange of info/ideas.

Just a suggestion, don't make users go through "terms of usage" agreement every time they try to visit the forum. It's a drag.

Thanks for the great comments. Oh, and thanks for being patient with us while we sorted out the problems!

Good point gearnut! That one has been bothering me too. I've asked the tech guy to insert the terms and conditions within the registering process. Now people will only see it when registering. Expect the changes in a week or so.

Thanks Bon. I just bookmarked www.orange-amps.com/forum to get around it. Plus it takes me out of the frameset, gives me a little more space.

I decided to post on the oldest thread in the forum for fun. Can you tell I'm bored at work?

You guys need to try electrical engineering classes. Never a dull moment, as long as you like hardware design languages and voltage dividers. :?

Wow. Great old resurrection!

By the way, more power to you Neil! I could never deal with all the theory and stuff- I'd lose my mind!

Here's a book you should read:

Fascinating book about the history of electrical stuff... and I got a kick out of Tesla lighting an entire exhibition hall with wireless electricity- and now we're only catching up with that sort of technology....!

This thread is better than those others because it's genuine vintage and has provenance.

I can just feel the vibe coming out of my screen.
Here we go; three, four...
