does the orange make any other twin chan amps besides the new models (AD and Rocker/rockerverb series)? thanks.

Have you checked www.orangeamps.com ? I'd guess that it might be on there.

Thunderverb I believe - similar idea to the Rockerverb, but louder.

What's wrong with a single channel?

Amen... one great channel rocks. 2 identical channels would be cool tho. tweaked just slightly different from each other. maybe. the market wouldnt really get it... imagine the ad:

"now two great clean channels-they are identical so you can switch between 2 settings"

very bad marketing decision im sure...

i wish the AD 50 was twin chan that would be perfect.

There's a school of audio engineering which feels that having two preamp circuits too close to each other causes interference, and so muddies the signal a bit. You can decide...

Yeah, but I thought the AD30TC was exactly that: an amp with two very similar channels?
