I thought that the aluminium chassis models had no paint on the chassis, and bent out of shape a lot, like the one in this pic:
I think the OPs amp must have a steel chassis.
EDIT: He mentions earlier on that it does indeed have a steel chassis.

Re: 2 KT88 ORMAT?
Yeah my amp definitly has a steel chassis..I can't seem to get through to matamp but I did get ahold of john mcneece of mcneece music. He said he had never seen one like mine but he did give me some good advice for maintaining the circuit as far as bias currents and what the plate voltages should be around. It seems like the info earlier in the thread from the orange and matamp books is pretty good info also. Either way they seem to be somewhat rare amps from the sound of things. I plan on trying to get some sound clips together once I get it running 100%. Thanks for all the help guys
Re: 2 KT88 ORMAT?
Here are the schematics for the OR200, as drawn by McNeece
I think your amp's schematic will be very similar, just less 2 KT88s and the associated circuitry with them
The preamps may be exactly the same.
Cheers
Jon
