That's brought back some memories, especially the photos.
The only names I can remember are
Picture 6 - Margo
Picture 16 - John
Picture 29 - Mick
Pictures 18-25, I remember both of them, but just can't remember the names.
The pictures for this were taken just before I joined Orange so I'm not in there.

I have an old Orange cab and have just ordered a 72 Orange combo (pics to follow). I had questioned what speakers were delivered in the original Brit cabs, but I see the catalog states that you can get the 412 in 120w (4 Celestion G12H30s) or 200w (I'd guess 4 Fane ceramics at 50w each) or JBL speakers (not sure how an Orange into JBLs would sound?).

Also interesting to see what looks like an EV SRO (alnico) being loaded into the PA cab. Anyone got a PA cab with original drivers to see what they used?

I haven't seen one with JBLs, but they'd probably be great for bass. That Orange Bouncer bass cab is a 2x15, so the EV SROs would be the ceramic magnet 15" version. I only know this because I took the magnet cover off of one of mine recently. They're not in an Orange cab, unfortunately.

I have a pair of them (I'm starting to wonder what I don't have a pair of  )

They do not have the original drivers - they've been re-loaded with EVM-15s. I guess that's no help, but I got to share some Orange Porn….

Holy crap those are beautiful!

I feel your pain when it comes to having a pair of things... I have at least a pair of most everything now that I think of it...

2 OR80's; 2 AD30TC's; 2 4X12's orange; 2 4X12's Marshall; 2 JTM-45's; 2 Duesenbergs; don't get me started on Teles and Strats; 2 of the custom Jazzmaster Basses I made; hmm... seems like a trend!

GLADMARR -

Your two black cabs - where did you get those? They look like the ones John A. and I located from a warehouse that went to LaSalle Music...

I got those from a guy on the far west side of phoenix - like 1/2 way to California - who said he had bought them from a church @ $40 each. They have 15" cast frame Fanes in them. Yum!

Keep in mind, I didn't get them for $40 each. I think I gave him $400 for the pair. He told me that after I gave him the cash. Booooo!
