Help dating PPC 412C

Hey, just picked up a used PPC412C in great condition for 575 bucks! Anyway, here's the info:

Type: LETEST (I think)
Impedance: 16 OHM
Power: 240 RMS Watts
Serial No. 2913 8/5

All the info is on a hand-written sticker on the back of the cab.

It should have Celestion Vintage 30s in it based on the power rating. My best guess on the serial number translation is that it was made in August 2005 (8/5). I've seen them on newer models with a serial number that has the first four digits for production number and then four more digits for the date (i.e. 2913-0805), but I've not seen your format before. Regardless of its' age, you have one of the best cabs on the planet. Congratulations!
