Very strange Crush 15R serial ... Any help?

Maybe someone can help you date your Orange Amplifier?

Don't quite know what to make of it. Any help?

Any chance that it may be ... ummm ... #1? Just the number would make you wonder.

Haven't ever seen a decoder ring for the Crush series serials.
