The Orange 120s were all valve amps, not transistor. (I think by 'valvestate' you maybe meant 'hybrid' = a bit of both).

If you go to:
http://www.orangefg.com/

Scroll down the left column and you'll find various 120 models under:
Graphic Series (pics only, pics and text) and
Overdrive Series.

For a couple of articles on their unusual tone and 'FAC' controls look here:
http://www.geocities.com/diytech_ct/orange.html

Also do a search on this forum for 120s as they have been discussed a fair bit.

They are great amps - an all time favourite of mine. Be aware that some reissues of the '70s 120 Graphic and Overdrive models were made in the '90s. To tell these apart compare the front panels pictured in this post:
http://www.orangeamps.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2371

The reissues are very good sounding amps too, but you always need to be careful to set the impedance selector on the back correctly for the cab impedance as the output transformers sometimes failed on the reissues if mismatched. The reissues should also be a little cheaper then the 70's originals.

Hope you find / have found a nice one. Whatever you get, do get an amp technician to check it over properly for reliability. Some original bits (certainly on the older ones) might need replaced.

Good luck.
