I posted a similar post in the community discussion forum. I'm new to the site and own and OR80M. I believe it to be a '78 but i'm looking for someone to confirm or correct me. Lots of pics below.

The amp is a 78 but the cabinet looks older.... The speakers date to 1970... My guess is someone took an orange head and put it into that combo case. Or the speakers could be replacements from an older Orange cab.

can you tell us the serial on the cab please? I have a similaary combo from 77/78 we'll compare the cab serials ;-)

My OR80M head has a serial number that's only a few earlier than yours, and had a July 1978 tag in it...

The cab is older than the amp.. The older orange amps had OA before the head cab or combo cab serial number.... So it looks like someone took an old Orange combo and put an overdrive head in the cab.
