does it have a pics only front panel, meaning there are only pictures above the knobs, not a picture and text describing what the knob is? Does the word Orange on the front panel look exactly like the one on the upper left of this website? or is the left leg of the A very thin? Does the back of the amp have a british flag sticker on the chassis? does it have a detachable power supply? Is the back panel wood with a metal vent or entirely metal? These are just a few questions that might lead to the date of that amp.

The serial numbers are all over the place with oranges so its very hard to tell the date just by that. if you answer the questions above or just post some pictures, someone can probably narrow it down for you.

my amp has pictures and text on the front panel. the name Orange is the same as on this site. there is no british flag sticker. there is a gold seal of export sticker or something like that. back panel is wood with metal grill. power cord does not detach. is there a person who is "known" for fixing old oranges?? the techs around here in Toronto are not that knowledgeable with these amps. thanks with your help.

one can never be sure unless there is an inspection tag inside the chasis, but i'd guess 1974, give or take a year.
