definataly an early 1990's head. I have one with the serial number 725 and it is the same as that head but it has a metal back pannel.

Thanks folks,
I was told it was a 90's reissue and i was hoping to get confirmation here. so, thanks much. if anyone else has any more info or opinions on how to get this dated more accuratly, please keep posting. thanks again. i wish there was an easier way to accuratly date these things. however, i'm not sure if i really care anymore...this amp has become my amp for life and it rocks the most wonderful sound. thanks for the help.

Pull the back off of it and look for an inspection tag... if it's 90's it ought to have a tag with the date it was inspected.
