Orange serial numbers are not a good indicator of the age of your amplifier. Most amplifier manufacturers didn't keep records of early amp production and Orange is no exception.
If you're looking to ID your amp, it's best to post clear pictures as cosmetics are often the best indicator of the age of an Orange.
Some amps may have an inspection tag inside which would have a date of inspection. Be careful though as amplifiers have high voltages within, even if they are unplugged from the outlet. Always exercise care when opening up an amplifier...
