Hello Andy and the rest of the great people who use orange amps!!!!
I've just got my rocker 30 two days ago and it sounds fantastic. Sounds alot more detail in the tone than my 1998 ad15-1-10 combo!!! The natural channel has such a fantastic clean chime and insight!!! The dirty channel has more gain, less surface noise than it's little brother and can do the job anywhere!!! The way it is built ,the tone worth every dollar for it. Orange has a very''SERIOUS'' amp!!!!! My guitars are Gibson l.p. standard, Gibson futura custom shop and various Japanese guitars.. The best amp thats refreshing to play and own!!! A very happy owner...

Good stuff Billy - it's nice to hear all that. I know that some people were very doubtful about a channel with no tone controls. I always felt that if the voicing was right, well you've got 'em on your guitar, haven't you?
Have you been able to crank that natural channel right up yet? I believe it gets a bit crunchy full on, which should be tasty. Also, have you tried it with any single coil guitars yet, or are you a humbucker man at heart?

Andy, I HAVE A COUPLE OF OLD DANELECTRO'S AND A HALLMARK SWEPT WING WHICH HAVE SINGLE COIL PICKUPS IN THEM , IT SOUNDS GOOD WITH SINGLE AND HUMBUCKER GUITARS!!! THE NATURAL CHANNEL WILL GET VERY TASTY WHEN YOU CRANK HER UP!!! I'M AMAZED AT THE TONE.
WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR TIME,IT'S SO EASY TO GET A GREAT TONE.
ALSO NO TUBE SCRAMERS NEEDED!!!! THE ROCKER 30 HAS WHAT IT TAKES. VINTAGE SPARKLE TONE!!!!!!!!!!!

XLN't! Sounds like you're on to a winner there then - as are Orange! I'm hopping over to Scotland (I'm from there) next week, and I'll see if I can maybe track one down to try myself.
Have fun and let us know how you're getting on with the new beauty.

Hello SOONER
THE S/N IS **** 54/200 . I got one of the first batch out of 200. Ordered it from Omec after seeing a review in one of the British guitar mags.
It is very sweet. I use it with a vintage slant Marshall 2x12 cab for studio use only. Sounds real sweet with vintage ribbon mics and does real well. A brillant amp......
