Well, since it's a GRO100 and the serial number is hand written, I'm pretty sure it's a 90s reissue.

If it's a GRO with a plexi panel face plate, with graphics and no text, along with a wooden back panel with metal mesh and a fixed power cord, it's NOT a 90's re-issue. I have a GRO 100 plexi which we collectively date as approx. '72. The 90's re-issues will have - graphics and text face plates, removable mains leads, metal grille back panels, as far as I know serial numbers etc were not hand written on these and the model number would be OR or OD 80 / 120
Hmm, the amp has a metal panel face plate, with graphics AND text. But also has a wooden back panel with metal mesh and a fixed power cord.

Interesting! Funnilly enough i've just bought an old Green Matamp ri head from the 80s, it has exactly the same type of transformers and choke as your Orange..........PCB as well, and it has the serial number written in marker pen on the top of the chassis next to the tranny. I wonder if they are from the same period? What is the cabinet and back panel made of, birch ply or particle / chipboard?
Odd, i'm going to open up my Green from teh 80s and see what he PCB looks like, the trannys and board, as well as the handwritten serial number on the chassis, remind me of the Green - they look very similar. The green was made by what is now Matamp in the 80's, maybe they're from the same era...i'll get back to you!
