my serial number on my orange 2x12 has rubbed off from touring with no cases or covering for it. dumb, i know. it hasn't all completely rubbed off, its more just, well, smeared. is there any way to recover my serial number?

Did you check your receipt from buying it? Maybe it's on there... otherwise, I think you're probably out of luck....
