Orange Slave Amp

Is there somewhere where I can get an instruction manual for an Orange Slave Amp? My dad has had this amp for a long time and it's just a couple of months ago that we cleaned it up and had a tube replaced on it. It's just that the knobs on the back has the numbers worn away. Oh and it's missing the typical orange case, basically it's just the metal unit itself, so it doesn't look too close to pictures I've seen of it online. Any help would be great, possibly even where we could get the outer casing too.

The backpanel of a slave amp is to my knowledge identical or at least very close to that of old OR120s.

You can check some of the pictures at my site to check if the back your slave unit looks like the other backpanels.
