Hello all, I own a 140tc and I am wondering if it is fixed bias? I installed a matched quad of Svetlana tubes OMEC sent me, the amp sounds and works fine, but I am concerned about bias current. Is there a provision for a bias trimmer pot on this thing or ist it fixed? should I worry about even checking it?Since this is such a new design amp I fell I should ask the source...Any help out there fellas?

Fixed bias doesn't mean that there can't be a pot.

Your amp will most likely have a bias pot(as all push-pull amps except for Mesa Boogies). The pcb picture on www.proguitar.de isn't very clear, but I suspect to see at least one bias pot in there.
