AD30HTC PROBLEM

I have a major problem with my brand new AD30HTC, long story short, I need to know what brand of power tubes others have come equipped with. I was under the impression they came stock with Ruby EL84 tubes, but mine has Ei EL84's in it. Is this normal?

i bought mine a few month ago and it has Ei tubes, too. So, i think it's normal.
