This has probably been covered before but... is it possible to hook up 2 x 16ohm speakers with 2 x 8 ohm speakers in any way at the same time? My AD30r has 2 x V30s, both are 16ohms (parallel wired to give 8ohms), can I also run a cab with 2 x 8ohm speakers? I doubt it but just need to confirm.

it always depends on the amp. The only condition is, that in the way the speakers are connected the complete resistance has to be equal (best solution) or bigger than the resistance of the amp.
This is valid for each output of the amp.
It doesn't matter how many speakers are in the cap. The connection of the speakers and the subsequent resistance are decisive.
Please correct me, if i have understand something wrong...
