effects loops

Does the orange AD30TC have an effects loop? Is there any other head that has one?

no effects loops. The older Oranges had a primitive effects loop which was designed for Echoplexes and the like- not for line level effects processors of today.

When I use any type of rack-mount gear with my Oranges, I set the switches on the effects to instrument level and run them into the front of the amp. It's always going to affect the sound somewhat but if you want a rack and want effects, that's the way to do it.
