Hi guys,

I'm having some issues with my micro terror and just want your opinions before I go ahead and do some repairs.

The volume knob is currently crackling when turned and wont output anything useful until roughly at 1pm and then cuts in and out after after that sweet spot.

I'm going to try some compressed air on it (once that arrives) If that doesn't solve it, I'm guessing I'll need a new volume knob.

Anyone got any other ideas on what it might be ?

I might also replace the tube while I'm at it, anyone had any interesting results with anything other than ECC83S ?

Tuner cleaner (electronic part spray) sprayed into the pot with the knob removed and then turn the pot back and forth should sort that right out. Make sure that you get spray with lubricant.
