Hi,
I have a question about Orange rv50 mkII, can I use power tubes DOLAM 6P3S?

Simple answer: sure
The amp takes EL34's/ 6L6's and those are a 6L6 type tube.
If you want to use them, you'd have to bring it to an amp tech to bias it.

the amplifier has a switch to 6L6GC,
6l6 the same as 6l6GC?

If there's a switch, yes. Those tubes are a variant of a 6L6. You still need to get it biased.
