I recently bought a 50bxt as a home practice amp.

its a very nice sounding amp with a pleasing core tone but there seems to be a compressor permanently engaged, even at low levels. this renders it almost unusable to me as working on controlling dynamics is an important part of my practice regime

is there any way of disabling it? (im an electrician by trade so can read a circuit diagram and am happy enough to poke around inside safely)
