Dark Terror heavy volume drop + weird leak

Greetings all,
my DT went like this:
- huge volume drop, even with knobs all the way up the volume is super low
- also weird signal leak: when vol and gain knobs turned to zero the signal gets through and I can hear it
What could be causing this behaviour?
