Terror Bass Combo (TB500c) - how do I release the head to inspect tubes?

I have a Terror Bass 500 combo (BT500C) and...now I have a problem with it.
Something is loose in the head and the volume doesn’t seem to get to where it use to. I am thinking I have fractured a tube but I can’t even separate the head from the cabinet to have a look. How do I get into this bloody thing! I’ve removed every visible screw in the cabinet and it still won’t move!
