Just came across this, Hammond makes a Rocker 30 replacement output transformer! Thought it was weird, of all the amps they make that one only! Made about 15 mins from me too! Sorry, nerd excitement...

Re: Rocker 30 OT replacement
Interesting.
Do You reckon those are better than the Demeters?
And would they do a 50w version.... to make use of the fixed bias circuit..... ?
Though I think I'm deluded. Got lots of projects to finish.....

Sounds like they're intended to sound the same:
"Material used & design specs. were kept as close as possible to the original part to preserve the stock "tone"

I don’t know if they’re necessarily better, but definitely good quality. They seem to have a guitar division that will copy a transformer if you send them one...so they probably could do a 50, but at that expense I’d just get a Marshall OT and make it fit.Les Paul Lover wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2019 10:20 pmInteresting.

I can’t say because I’ve never had an AD30, but I always wondered if the Rocker used the AD30 OT, so it may replace that too.
I find it interesting it’s a 6k primary, alot of dual EL34 amps use much lower. 6k is more typical of dual EL84s. This seems as a bit of a mis-match, part of the recipe? If you put a typical 50 watt OT for EL34’s on the Rocker, as I did in the past, it changes the entire response, as it did. I thought at the time it had more to do with the bigger iron.
