Orange CR120H issue

I was playing my Orange CR120 head thru my Bugera 2x12 last night and after about a half an hour of playing, the the sound got quiet and you could barely hear anything. It was really quiet and sounded sorta fuzzy. I wasn’t playing thru the overdrive channel. I was playing thru the clean channel via a Boss DS-2 pedal. It was weird. I’ve never had this problem before. I turned it off for about an hour and then turned it back on and it worked fine. I am unsure what to think because this never has happened before and there is nothing online when searching about issues with the CR120. Any help would be appreciated!
Bye the way, I had the head plugged into the Bugera 2x12 16 OHMS mono jack

I don't have an answer to this, but I have had this happen on a handful of occasions with my CR120H as well. I tried the usual things (plugging direct into amp with different known "good" cables to eliminate the possibility it was something in the chain in front of the amp; trying different guitars to be sure it wasn't a jack or dying battery in active pup issue; swapping out speaker cables and using different jacks on both the head and the cab) to no avail: it was an amp issue. And then, it's gone, and everything's fine (sometimes just with time, sometimes by unplugging from power and then plugging back in: no rhyme or reason). This of course didn't begin until I was out of warranty, and I don't play frequently enough (nor has this happened frequently enough) for me to drag it for an out of pocket diagnostic and repair that would halfway pay for another CR120H anyway. All to say: you're not the only one this has happened to, it IS weird, and like you I've had no luck finding any kind of explanation for it. The whole "it works again after turning it off/unplugging it for a while" thing suggests, maybe, that there's some issue with capacitance; the "faint fuzzy barely-there output" piece suggests, more strongly, that whatever the issue is resides pretty early in the chain of processing, somewhere in the preamp stage. But that's all I can deduce, without a) any schematics of the CR120 being available and b) being an armchair tech nerd at best. I'll wish us both luck that somebody with actual expertise can provide informed answers and, hopefully, solutions.

I have that same problem with mine. Except, now I can't use the channel switch on the front panel. I can only chance channels with the footswitch.

But going back to the low output problem I had that same issue. I would show up to rehearsal and my volume settings would be the same but I could hear a low and fuzzy signal coming though even if I cranked the master and channel volumes. It's been so bad that I had try unplugging and plugging it in and same with the speaker jacks.

I love this amp but lately it's just been unreliable at the worst times.
