Terror Bass

Hi Guys,
Having just ventured into my first amp and cabs (been using combos until now)
I have a Terror Bass and a OBC 410 plus a OBC 115, am I right in thinking I plug them into the two outlets of the amp and set the amp at 4ohms?
Does anyone see and issue with this set up, I appreciate the OBC115 is a tad small but I thought the variation of speaker sizes might hit the spot
what is the horn switch on the back of the OBC 410 (Hi-Off-Lo)
