sovtek rectifier issue

Hello!
I've got a orange ad30tc from 2006, I decided to change my sovteck rectifier with a new one, but I've bought 2 and no one is working.
They work on other amps, but not in mine. My old rectifier works perfectly.
What can be the problem?

thank you

Weird. Is it definitely the correct valve/tube?

If your "old rectifier" works perfectly, don't change it!

Very strange indeed. Can we see all 3 valves in question? Pics?

For all its worth, I have a JJ GZ34 in my AD15, working just fine.

Post pictures of the valves. Add pictures of the bottom of them so we can see the pins.

I use a Sovtek in my AD15 and have never had issues.

This is highly unlikely with a GZ34, but I once had a 12AX7 in my AD50 do a similar thing until I realised one of the pins was slightly misaligned and when I was installing it I was sliding the pin between the socket and the connector rather than the pin fitting snug in the connector itself. That one pin not making a connection stopped the valve working and therefore the amp from making any sound. All that said, it’s probably unlikely that’s your issue with a rectifier as the pins are thicker and I think it would be harder to make the same error. But just a thought.

Funny you mention this.. A few months ago I swapped out the stock GZ34 rectifier tube in my 2006 AD30HTC for a Groove Tubes 5AR4 and upon startup, I immediately blew a fuse.
