Help for orange newbie

Hi, just got myself a ppc212 closed back. I have a crate power block that I used to take as a back up amp for my old 150w Marshall combo. Would be ok to use with the ppc212cb?
It's classed as 150w as follows:
150w @ 10% THD @ 8ohms
75w @ 10% THD per side @ 4ohms
I haven't a clue what that means!
