My TH30 combo has intermittent volume issues. It's mostly fine but 3 time at rehearsal the volume had been very low. It's basically stuck on the 7 watt setting as flicking either the front or rear switches to engage all power tubes or all preamp tubes makes no difference. Oddly once home it seems to work fine. I've read about issues with effects loops on other amps? I wondered if mains power supply voltage could be an issue?
All the valves appear to be working as they are glowing.
Any help would be much appreciated.

If tubes are fine I would check output transformer and powering issues. The best thing to do is to give it to a tech guy.
Re: Th30 combo volume issues
More info is needed.
When the volume drops, does the amp's distortion level change? Tone change?
Do you use effects? If so, in front of the amp, in the effects loop, or a mixture of both?
This sort of problem could be your guitar, cable(s), effects. It could be a problem with the wall outlet you're plugged into at your rehearsal space.

Re: Th30 combo volume issues
I use a boost and an eq pedal in the loop. Nothing else. The tone and distortion levels remain useable but the volume is low. I have tried different cables.

Re: Th30 combo volume issues
Could be a dirty tube socket, too. Or a bad tube...

"The tone and distortion levels remain useable but the volume is low."
Does "useable" mean "they don't change when the volume drops" or "they change but don't sound bad"?
Glowing tubes just means their heaters are getting power. It doesn't necessarily mean all the tubes are healthy.
But if it was a tube problem it's unlikely the amp would get weak and then get strong again. Tubes that are failing tend to just keep getting worse.
Dirty/corroded tube socket(s), dirty/corroded fx loop jacks, bad solder joint(s) are possibilities.
Could be a problem in one of your effects.
Could be your guitar's volume pot or pickup selector switch.
A problem that's only happened a few times and only in your practice place is really hard to diagnose.
