Cr60c power problem
The day before my first band gig my Cr60c would not turn on. There was nothing new as far as power source. Always plugged into the same power strip. I tried plugging it into three different wall sockets and nothing. No light and no power. The amp sat for two days and before taking it back to GC I tried one more time and the jewel didn't light up but I could hear the hum indicating it was on. I turned it off, plugged my SG into it and turned it on again. The jewel light flickered but I could play through the amp. That was yesterday. Today the amp works perfectly. I'm at a loss. I'm concerned about gigging with it (which is why I bought it) in its current state. It's still under warranty. Any ideas what is wrong? Is it an easy fix or should I just exchange it for a new one?

Re: Cr60c power problem
Solid state amps are not usually an easy fix. Get a new one while it's still under warranty.

Re: Cr60c power problem
Was the power lead pushed in and seated properly into the back of the amp? I had a similar problem with my CR60C once but over a shorter period. Pushed the plug in properly and problem gone.
