Rockerverb 50 MKII Channel Footswitch Jack Problem

Hi, I´ve a problem with my RV50 MKII Head
It no longer change between channels if I have a cable connected to the footswitch jack, if the cable is plugged it always stays in Dirt channel, if not works normal
It is a BIG problem because I use a lot both channels and I control it with a MusicomLab Switcher
I try different cables and it just won´t work
Please help,
anyone?
