Last night at rehearsal I experienced a pretty severe volume loss in my AD50.
I changed out the tubes, 1 at a time no change. Any ideas?

Hard to say really. Take it to a tech to check properly!

Re: Loss of volume AD50 CS
Thanks for the input.
That is exactly what I did. I was sort of hoping though, to get an idea as to what it might be
so as not to sound too clueless when I hand it over to the tech.

Re: Loss of volume AD50 CS
It could be anything from a bad solder joint, to a failed component, to a shorted wire, to a fried output transformer.MojoBlaster wrote: ↑Sun Jun 25, 2017 5:03 pmThanks for the input.

The tech will run through it and check the voltages down the B+ rail. Then they'll check the output transformer. If neither of those are the problem, they'll scope out the signal path and see where it's loosing gain.
