Orange micro crush pix 3 adapter

Hello,
I bought a Orange micro crush few days ago and it's eating through 9v batteries like nothing else. I was wondering if I can hook it up to the wall, using a 12v 1.5a adapter instead of 9v 0.25a one.

Well, on the back of mine it says 9-12V, so as long as the 12V one you has is 'center negative' it'll be fine.
(Check the symbol on the adapter. If the + and - signs are the same it is fine, if reversed (center +ve) then it'll chance is blow the amp's power supply.)
The higher Ampage rating isn't important, just means it can deliver up to 1.5A. The amplifier will only draw the current it needs though.

Interesting. Mine only says 9V and it's "center positive".
